What you're looking at is the WoW Legends player portal. Supporters get it for their own realm: registration, armory, leaderboards, forum, news, a shop and a full admin panel.

No, they're two separate accounts, each created on its own site. The account you register here is your game account for the demo realm, and your login for this site's forum and support tickets. Your wow-legends.eu account is for the App, licenses and hosted-AI credits.
Register here, set your realmlist to ptr.wow-legends.eu, then log in on a 3.3.5a (build 12340) client with your account name (not your email) and password.
Set the realmlist in both WTF\Config.wtf and Data\<your language>\realmlist.wtf, start Wow.exe directly instead of through a launcher, and delete the Cache folder. Still stuck? Open a support ticket.
